Paypal DLLs, Rackspace Cloud, Microsoft’s Medium Trust = Big Problem
Apparently Paypal’s DLLs are not able to run in Medium Trust environments. Most shockingly, however, is the fact that they’ve been aware of the problem since 2006, unless they’re not paying any attention to the the paypal developers’ forums that have been noting the problem ever since.
Rackspace just changed their environments and now we have only one solution left (http://paypal-soap.encoresystems.net/) to try before we move on to looking for another host? Is there anyone out there who has successfully solved this issue?

Running into the exact same problem. We setup the NVP API solution for web site payment pro on rackspacecloud and it doesn’t work because of medium trust. I wonder if the SOAP API is any different. Here goes to wasting another few hours…
There we go, the internet is full of people running into this same issue and I am yet another person adding to this list. Did any of you guys manage to find the solution?
